      Gratis, product innovations, training Sephora cast members.

      Cons

      There is a lot of administrative work and you're allowed 1 office day a month, not week but a month. You're treated like a work horse and have to travel across an unrealistic territory around the clock. Vacation is elusive Immense travel Management is not easy to work for
