Writer growth and achievements are intrinsic to our growth and success, and this is evident in every department and in the drive of every member of the team. There is also a clear sense of trust in individuals taking chances with changes or ideas, and communicating between departments to take these chances is met with open arms.

There's not much to say in terms of cons; as a newer company experiencing immense growth, things are still being figured out and improved upon, but the dedication to the writer and their experience give a clear direction and vision for the future.
