Pros
The training I received when I started at Cowan Logistics was unlike Ive ever experienced. They have a corporate trainer that is dedicated to onboarding and training new hires to make sure they have all the tools and resources for success. I was a bit anxious coming into a new industry without any logistics experience but the training they provide is designed to get anyone up and running.
Cons
It's fast paced and they definitely look for people who take initiative. If you aren't a self start and are simply looking for a job not a career- Cowan may not be the best fit.
