Pros
Most of the workers are nice, hard work is noticed (sometimes/depends who you are), the pay was good (for me), hours were flexible, actual job was not a problem.
Cons
Favoritsm is very apparent. Unworthy people are promoted to managerial positions. These "managers" are awful to other coworkers and make mistakes constantly yet get rewarded/promoted. Another example of favoritism: one person would get in trouble for clothing but another person wearing the same outfit is fine due to who they were in relation to the company. Basically it felt like you needed to be in the "clique" in order to move up. I was constantly praised for my hard work yet other people were rewarded (other people that are the center of many complaints). High turnover rate is another con, but these pretty much go hand in hand.
