The company’s organizational structure, HR practices, and leadership priorities left much to be desired. The owners appeared more focused on cultivating an image of success and prestige, often at the expense of addressing critical internal issues. Their emphasis on impressing industry figures and famous talent seemed to overshadow genuine concerns within the business. The consistent delays in payments (which many payments are months overdue), issues of racism and discrimination, and overall employee dissatisfaction were seemingly ignored, leading to a toxic work environment. Additionally, the company grappled with constant redundancies, high staff turnover rates, and a lack of clear direction. This combination of factors made it a challenging environment to navigate, overshadowing any positive moments.
