      Changes to reorganizational structure is the worse Ive experienced in a 48 yr career. Simplicity would have been best method, to many layers of managers without needed experience.

      Good benefits. If you're lucky enough to land on a team with a good manager, your experience can be substantially better.

      Cons

      Too much outsourcing. Too few managers. Too much bureaucracy. Your manager codes too. AI first, wrong mindset. Burnout is everywhere. Hidden after-hours expectation.
