On compensation, we try to be transparent about our approach. Our goal is to position base salaries between the 50th and 75th percentile of the market, depending on the role and scope. As the company grows and our capacity to invest increases, our intention is to continue moving upmarket.
We have also been making meaningful investments in our total rewards over time, including improvements to our benefits and the rollout of an RSU program so employees can participate in the long-term value they help create.
