Pros
A good place to build a career without a higher level of education. Plenty of room for advancement if you are patient, don't mind restaurant hours, and are a competent worker.
Cons
Upper management seems to be out of touch with their employees. It is mandatory for all employees to work on every holiday except for Christmas, no exceptions, calling in sick on a holiday can result in you being terminated. Lastly, the hours are kind of crazy but that goes for any restaurant.
