11 years and counting - Director of Recruiting Craftlogic Software Employee Review

I was on a 6-month W2 contract with Craftlogic which was extended to just over a year. I got to work on 2 different projects both using .NET, C# and one using Xamarin. Both projects were well planned, both had a team lead and an architect involved, and the project was completed, though one was a couple of weeks late due to some software change requests.

None really. I guess the only one would be I wish I got a perm position. They were trying to fit me into a perm spot but it didn't work out for some reason. I still keep in touch and they with me so if another opening comes up I hope to be available at that time.

Honestly none that I can think of

They portray themselves as so different than other recruiting firms, they are founded by technologists for technologists and all that, but its all BS. They are a people mill, interested in placing a warm body in a corporate opening so they can get their commission. I was lied to at every level, and the only thing that passed as communication was one auto-generated form letter after another.
