Nice office just off the M40, no furlough during covid and possibility to work from home.
Cons
No career opportunities. Work with uncomplaint systems, way of working similar to a Call Center, average employees retainment is low (less than 1yr), payraises are a mirage. In a period of 8 months, a team of 9, reduced to 4 and replacements never arrived despite promises.
