Cons
Short staffed therefore classroom environments feel chaotic.
They don’t give raises. You could work there for 4-5 years and never receive a raise.
Under paid, average teacher makes between $10-13.
Ownership does little to make you feel appreciated, barely even able to crack a smile and greet you when in the facility. But are quick to note anything done wrong or that they didn’t like.
The school has very little supplies to work with and the supplies that are there are very cheap.
No time given for prep work.
Often times if you put in a two week notice, they will let you go before the date you gave.
You will not be reimbursed for anything you buy and if you do, it takes weeks.
