I worked at crayon'd and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The work culture is heavily influenced by internal politics, which affects transparency and fair opportunities for employees. Growth and recognition seem to be based on favoritism rather than performance. Additionally, I observed biased decision-making and partiality, which created an uncomfortable and unfair work environment. Instead of focusing on employee well-being and career development, the management prioritizes internal groups, leading to a toxic work culture.
