Manager - Manager Crazy Scrubs Employee Review

The culture from top to bottom is unparalleled. Coworkers will drop everything to help you succeed, management and the executive team are transparent, and the changes with the new CEO have been unreal. More PTO, more holidays, profit sharing (if a target is hit), and tangible goals all conveyed through monthly meetings that are actually inspiring. I started working here when office attendance was mandatory, but now employees have the option to stay remote permanently. Leadership does a great job at organizing get-togethers to keep the family feel among co-workers. This doesn't even cover my favorite part about the company - the structure. They're all about data and have built it out right! There's enough structure in place that any information or assets you need to do the job will be just a few clicks away. Employees never need to wonder what they're doing. Sure, there can be a lot to do but it's never been overwhelming or unattainable in my 3 years with Piranha Brands.

I love working for Crazy Scrubs!. I have worked for this company for 4 years on 4/1 of this year. I looked into the job because of their mission statement as it follows my beliefs in how I treat people. I started as a sales associate and was promoted to manager within 2 years. This company gives many opportunities to grow. The company is wonderful with it's employees! We have full benefits as well as many exciting monthly and yearly contests which make it a fun to work here. As a manager, the support in all that I do has helped me build a winning team. The support from the owners is consistent and wonderful, we meet once a month for management meetings and 4 times a year with all of the retail store employees. We also meet with all of the corporate employees 2 times a year which creates a family atmosphere with everyone.
