Raises are determined once a year and not on an individual basis. It's as a store. So even if you yourself did great and others within your store not so great, no one gets raises.I've been there 2 years and never got a raise. I have consistent top sales and never received a raise. I heard their raises are only $0.15 anyways. Unreal expectations of employees. We are not allowed to just let a customer be in our store. You have to constantly be on them while they're in our store.
