Pros

Good and well developed product, decent salary, global presence, some good employees work there. In addition, they pay your salary on time, office has windows, clearly running out of things to say and need to hit a word minimum.

Cons

If it operated as advertised in the interview process, it would be great. They advertise bpm'online as a 600 person, global company that's growing rapidly and has so many leads they don't know what to do with them. In reality, it's a much smaller with the vast majority of those additional employees working for another CRM company called Terrasoft (based in Russia and ran by the same CEO). A simple LinkedIn search will prove this. There is nothing wrong with a small company, but there's a huge problem with deception which is practiced and preached on a daily basis. The deception starts with the CEO and trickles down through global managers. In addition, there is a vast shortage of leads across the globe. Proof would be in the recent lay offs in certain markets. Expect a rebuttal surrounding performance to be populated here, but the reality is they don't have the leads or quality of leads needed to meet goals on any level. While the product itself is good, again the company and leadership are extremely misleading to their employees and customers alike. I've heard from sales reps that quotas were wildly unattainable and even heard reps complain that they wouldn't be paid until they physically received payment (not simply a purchase order). I've never heard of any "600 personal global organization" operating as such. With the CRM industry filled with excellent other products, there's simply no reason to risk doing business with this organization from an employee or a customer standpoint. Also, the other reviews on here are without a doubt coming from a small group internally. I can confidently say these reviews are not an accurate portrayal of how the employees feel anywhere around the globe as I've spoken to individuals in just about every office. Stay away if you can, it's not worth the headache.

Pros

I’ve been working at Creatio as a Product Owner, and what I really value is the trust and ownership you get here. You’re not just delivering tasks — you actually influence decisions and see the impact of your work. The team is supportive and easy to collaborate with, and there’s a genuinely positive atmosphere. I also appreciate the focus on modern technologies and continuous growth — it keeps the work engaging and meaningful.

Cons

Sometimes priorities can shift, which can create a bit of uncertainty in planning, but at the same time it gives you flexibility and the opportunity to adapt quickly and stay close to business needs.

Pros

Creatio is an exciting place to be right now. The product is truly progressive — AI-native with a strong vision and very aligned with where the market is heading. It feels great to represent something innovative and competitive. There’s real momentum and a strong sense of growth. Leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in the company’s long-term vision. The culture and team are a true gem — you’re surrounded by smart, driven people who want to win together. Compared to larger Saas market players, you have more visibility, ownership, and the ability to make a real impact.

Cons

The pace is super fast, and expectations are high. If you’re not comfortable with a performance-driven environment, this might feel intense. Also, with a team spread across the US and Europe, occasional time zone juggling is a necessary evil.
