Toxic, Hostile Work Environment with No Real Vision - Anonymous employee Creative Co-Op Employee Review

-Toxic Work Environment: I've never worked somewhere where I felt like I was back in high school. Lots of little cliques around that encourages an unfriendly attitude. A lot of tossing the work around to who ever will take it. Unprofessional people who tend to cross lines at company events or on company trips. -Hostile Work Environment: I felt uncomfortable in the role and didn't feel there was anyone to talk to about the situation. Upper Management seemed to know of the issues, but let them sweep under the rug. Warehouse management was lacking which led to fights and unsafe situations. -Facility: The building lacked essential upgrades and there were many consistent power outages. -Travel Time: Minimum travel on trips was around 7 days. You were expected to work each day on a trip, even weekends. -Amount of Work: It seemed that most employees had much more work than they could handle.
