Unsupportive Work Environment - Product Development Designer Creative Co-Op Employee Review

Toxic leadership and work environment. If money is your main goal then look no further. But be prepared for a work environment that looks down on asking questions and collaborating with fellow employees. This is not seen as a positive opportunity to get the job down right and to grow, but instead a narrow and black and white view that you don't know how to do your job. If you enjoy reading emails that are written in gibberish form or condescending, then this is the place for you. Make sure you can accomplish a project with very little or confusing detail. And if not you will be immediately seen as a failure. No chances or room for grace. There is no training period or room for growth here. You must be totally fine with having a boss who is in office maybe 25-50% of the time that you are, and be content with the anxiety of constantly guessing if you are meeting their high priority confusing needs. There is no room for growth and you must know everything, do things perfectly, and remember don't ask too many questions. Good luck!
