As a recent hire, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt part of the team. The culture I had learned about (and was drawn to) during the application process, was an accurate representation of what being a part of the company is like. People treat each other respectfully, are supportive and are personally vested in the company’s overall mission and values.
Cons
Because the company wants to ensure every prospective candidate is the 'right fit,' the hiring process does take time. However, if you’re interested in joining the team, it’s certainly worth putting in the effort.
