Pros
None - used to be bagel fridays, now at company gatherings you get stale chips and salsa at best.
Cons
So many... Terrible leadership - almost everyone has been working there for 20+ years and really only has their jobs still because of that, which is obvious because none of them know how to do anything and lack even a glimmer of professionalism. The pay is awful, you get belitted, disrespected, and insulted ( behind back via word and email, and sometimes, to your face!), all while being expected to pretty much be on call 24/7. Which isn't what they tell you they expect of you, but make it clear through the passive aggressive mean girl attitudes. People write about how the older sales people are hard to work for, but they're really the only hope you have of having fun. The younger sales people are socially inept, probably because no one wants to work here. The recent merger with OR is being listed as a bright new success, which it might be. But that would only be because anyone coming in would have less of a chance of working with the incompetent managers that run the show now.
