In this company there is not one employee that does not play a key role in the success of what we do. We started from a very small team (less than 10 people) and we are now a team of more than 35 employees looking to move to our new offices. Witnessing the growth of this company has been amazing, at time stressful for the growing pains, but rewarding and really making you look forward to what's to come next. Every employee opinion is valued and we all help each other succeeding and improving. We often organize (at least every month) night out with the team, team building activities like kayaking, yoga, games night, bbq at key biscayne, halloween, etc).

Feedback from our CEO is at time energetic and can misinterpreted, taking it the right way will have a huge impact in the quality of the work you produce though and will really make you grow professionally. There is no successful company that does not have a passionate person leading it and ready to defend his ideas while welcoming an open conversation. NOT the typical 9 - 5 corporate work boring environment, you are on top of your own schedule as long as you deliver.
