Pros
I worked for Creative Soldier as a project manager. My time there was short, but well spent. The crew there is like a family. I know a few of them are still around today creating content that'll have you buying in without even reading it. They're pretty good, haha. My hours were always long, but flexible and if I ever had an issue, getting the time off I needed wasn't a hassle. I only left the company because I was looking for advancements in the business. Creative Soldier is a small company and I'm looking to get into management for something that houses hundreds of employees. However, since then I've noticed you lose a lot of communication, and community when your company exceeds the hundred employee mark. I know only about five of the people I'm working with and though we're close, we're not as close as I was to the few people I worked with at Creative Soldier
Cons
I don't want to say this is a temporary gig, but personally I wanted something much larger and so I left Creative Soldier looking for that giant corporation. However, in doing so I lost a lot of what makes this company so special.
