Thank you for your feedback. During the last year, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, our company experienced a high volume of requests that we had to drastically adapt to. We understand this may make things tense or difficult during transitioning. We are still working on our process of transition, but feel that we have made large strides since last summer.
