If you are not in the management circle you will not be listened to. If you GACE discipline actions the company is willing to lie in writing and go back on their word. There is NO work done to encourage diversity (100 employees, 0 were non white). Women bartenders have been let go because they “don’t smile enough.” There is a get ahead by any means attitude between co workers. Management will string you along with promises of new responsibilities and titles and not deliver.
