You will regret your time here. It was a complete waste of time. Management prioritizes Chinese/ English workers only, and the boss will overwork you, tear you down with harsh words, and leave you mentally exhausted. Despite his arrogant belief in his own wealth, his intelligence is incredibly low, which is apparent through his ignorant and insulting communication. Turnover is high because he treats people as disposable assets rather than human beings. Compensation is completely unfair, as bonuses and salary increments are based entirely on his personal liking rather than your hard work. The workplace is highly unstable, with as many as ten employees resigning within a single year due to his toxicity.

Low salary, the employer with a bad temper, and a lack of proper guidance.

Do not join this company, even if you are desperate for a job. Once you’re in, you’ll suffer badly. Employer only cares about revenue and pushes for results as long as he can keep earning more. There is little regard for the quality of service, as long as new business keeps coming in. The employer has a bad temper, no patience, and is unwilling to provide guidance, and gives many excuses when asked about salary increments.
