Pros
Strong culture. Lots of gifts. Pretty strong benefits package including 12 weeks fully paid maternity leave, a total of 28 days of PTO (including holidays), work from home, flexible work schedule, and fun events.
Cons
There is a lot of change going on right now, and a lot of new leaders coming in that don’t hold the same values that are usually required to be a part of the company, but HR and other leaders are working on it! The change is much needed though to make sure we keep up with the times (especially technology and marketing).
