We recently installed an exercise app that you can choose to use - you can schedule how many times a day it reminds you to take a break, you can select form 5 types of exercises, and they take only 2 minutes. That sounds small, but the fact CA is thinking about our physical health is just one more reminder that we are valued people, not just cogs in a machine.
