Pros
They match 4% on 401K. If you manage to kiss up to the managers enough they won’t “let you go”. Or be related to them. Letter of recommendation when they let you go.
Cons
5 days of unpaid time off. You still have to make it up. 3 days of unpaid sick time. You also have to make that up. They let you go without notice or hire too many people because the managers over react every single year about the work load. One of the CEO said in a company meeting we were all expendable. They screwed my taxes up when I moved state. I paid for Utah taxes in a non-income taxed base state. So I was paying for taxes in a state I didn’t live. The lack of communication is unbelievable. People get away with coming in hours late everyday because they are relatives. I sent an email to HR, Management and the CEO. Still failed to recognize I moved out of state. They allowed others who were at risk of being let go to train in another position. While the ones that weren’t favored were let go with no other options of staying on. They gave no notice and they let everyone go on a Friday… what a great start to the weekend. Don’t waste your time with this company.
