Management team appreciates your work and sees the value of each employee, even if you do something wrong they give constructive feedback and advice. There is a great atmosphere with a good life-work balance. Every Thursday we have drinks on company and every Friday we have a company lunch. As a recent graduate I am glad I found them, I don’t think there is a better place to develop my skills and learn from experienced people!
