      Remote work, and flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Leads are hit and miss, job security is rocky, super boring job because you are doing the exact same thing all day every day. There is no variation in your work at all.

      Good environment with good people. PTO accrued nicely, good benefits, free services, etc. Not a bad call center.
