- Good co-workers and people are friendly - Not much else
Cons
- C-suite execs and HR are oblivious to day-to-day operations and care about "results" only. Developers have been over-worked to the bone on some projects with unrealistic deadlines. Is there any surprise that many are leaving the company? - The politics are ripe. - Unless you're part of the management you have very little say in terms of anything. - No bonuses or rewards for going above and beyond through out the year.
