The manager have favorites. Going above and beyond is frowned upon. Your lunch break is 30 mins and people will report you if you take any more than that. Managers will assign you work the second you try to say hi to a friend. Socializing during work was a big no no. For ex celebrating a birthday. Managers do not try to help you grow they want you to do exactly what you are told and never more. There is zero free thinking or creativity. Their software is awful and broken. As a person who tested it, I would never let someone I know trust the software. It's bad and when I told my manager she didnt care and told me to just test what I was told to test. There are 2 offices. One is really nice and the work environment is really nice. The other office is where the testers are. This work environment is absolutely awful.
