It's like being an employee of a global company earning 64.5% commission (less costs) rather than salary + bonus. 15 full time people in Denver HQ mean I get support that is the equivalent of 2+ full time people in Brisbane (Marketing/newsletter, accounts, half yearly licensee training, mentoring). There are 200 licensees around the world who are happy to connect, share and learn from each other. It's like one big (usually happy) family
Cons
35.5% royalty is large compared to other training franchises. It makes it tough to build a business beyond a one man band.
