Pros
Small company (when you compare it against behemoths like Vail), run by locals, with relatively down-to-earth management. My supervisors genuinely cared about my success and were very supportive of those who were willing to work hard.
Cons
It's a ski resort with a lot of seasonal jobs, ski bums, and high turnover. There are certainly more than a few seasonal people who I would love to forget, but for every sour apple, there are at least 5 gems.
