      Pros

      Great co workers. Lots of opportunity to improve things.

      Cons

      Toxic managers. Unrealistic expectations. Everyone is over worked and bitter. No managers notice when you work past business hours but they sure notice when you come in 5 minutes late in the morning.

      Smaller company but they gave PMs good resources and cared more than the larger multi manager platforms

      Smaller, so cost structure more onerous for PMs
