Cons
The President/Owner is consistently offensive (racist, homophobic, misogynistic). They seem to deliberately make their payroll scheme confusing so people get paid less than the Owner stated when they were hired. In other words, you probably have to speak up or you won't get paid what you thought you would. They appear destined to go out of business. They keep downsizing support staff, closing stores, and failing to provide stock for existing stores. You'll take daily calls from banks for the owner. They train new staff by throwing them into the fire and then patronizingly telling them what they did wrong. Nobody seems to want to take responsibility for any shortcomings or opportunities.
