Management is approachable and genuinely invested in employee well being, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. There are also trained us in term of self discipline, analytical thinking, and mindset. Because they care about us. They want us to become successful. Technically they want us to have a mindset as a T20 not some weak B40. From that part only, I fell in love with this company. Crew Lounge also prioritizes work life balance with flexible hours and remote work options. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work, and I am proud to be part of such an outstanding team.

They gave me a great opportunity to learn about Marketing and Aviation industry. I'm interested in aviation industry since I was kid, so I'm so glad to work in here.
