Good products and mission, but, horrible work experience - Anonymous employee Cricket Media Employee Review

The company appears to not be doing well due to a lot of lay offs I witnessed. The owner of the company is one of the most difficult people to work with poisoned the whole experience. The turnover rate is so high because quality people get laid off or leave because they don't want to work for a micromanaging, control freak. When good people leave, it is hard for a company to continue progressing. It is a real shame because there are some wonderful people with great ideas that I worked with there, but the owner ruined the whole experience and it just wasn't worth staying.
