Pros
Paid well for a part-time student with tuition reimbursement. Good on-call skills to build from. Very friendly and helpful management!
Cons
Customer support is always a pain. You're mainly dealing with older women who are either happy or really upset. Some days are roller coasters. It can be incredibly busy to the point where you really don't get a breather. Even though management is very helpful and nice, the product(s) are very in-depth and there's an expectation to know ALL the products well (which isn't bad of them but it's tough if you're part-time).
