Pros
The Kolbe and Print assessments blow my mind. I’ve never been in a work environment where everyone is SO collaborative and works SO efficiently with one another. Every person I talk to seems to be my future best friend, we just all mesh so well together. I didn’t know a job could actually be like this. It’s a dream come true. This job pushes you towards excellence. I am used to being in the top 5% of my company due to personal ambition, but here at Crisp, all coworkers are Elite. There's not a single one of us who isn't striving to be #betterthanyesterday. We're all moving towards greatness, along with the company, so expect to work hard. But expect to actually SEE the fruits of your labor. Here at Crisp, there is a direct relationship between how hard you work and how far you go. All positive ambition is rewarded, which is unlike many other jobs where you feel yourself plateau and get used to a rhythm. We work fast here, because we're out-performing our personal best. If you want to see your career blossom, and you want to do it as a team, come to Crisp. We'll welcome you home.
Cons
Everyone is very clear about this from the beginning: You Will Work. This is not a job where you can skirt by under the radar and not be noticed by management for months. We are a team and we're in this together, people will expect you to do your part. This job is not for everyone and they make that very clear, as early on as the interview process. You take these personality tests to make sure you fit well with the team and that Crisp's business model will work for you. So, if you're reading this and you got an offer letter, take the job. They see your potential and they know you'll love it here. They believe in you, and I do too!
