The Kolbe and Print assessments blow my mind. I’ve never been in a work environment where everyone is SO collaborative and works SO efficiently with one another. Everyone is very clear about this from the beginning: You Will Work. This is not a job where you can skirt by under the radar and not be noticed by management for months.
