Expectations are very high and management does not care why you didn't hit a KPI only that you didn't. One of their core values is "Results Driven not Effort Driven" and I think that is not a great mentality to have. I understand the need to push boundaries to succeed and step out of your comfort zone to grow your carrier as an individual, but it is coming at the cost of people crying in the bathrooms and having mental breakdowns at very alarming rates. All this to just try and appease leadership who simply give you a pat on the back when you do a good job, give you more tasks to do since you were able to scrape the by on the last one, and send you on your way.
