Pros
The career path was a huge benefit for me. I need to know I have room to grow in my professional life and what that path looks like. Some people on here talk about work life balance being poor, and I honestly don’t experience that whatsoever. Here’s the thing: if you work hard, get your stuff done, hit your KPIS, and do a good job with your work, nobody worries about you or asks you to work weekends and long hours. In fact, I’m told often to go home earlier than I even expect to go home. The benefits here are great and the culture is what I love most. It’s also a hybrid schedule for me which was a non negotiable so I’m very happy here.
Cons
The only con I struggle with is the base salary. It’s not near where it should be to compare with the market value which I believe is extremely important for every employer to consider if you want to retain your top employees for the long haul.
