The office park has two vacant buildings and although our building is occupied, it sometimes feels empty.

The people work well together and create a family atmosphere which can be a pro and con at times.

The family atmosphere mentioned can provide many benefits but poses a challenge when there are disagreements within the office. With the lack of an HR department mediation comes at the owners discretion. Training and individual development is reliant upon the employee and difficult to be arranged.
