Even if all the team goes to People Partner to alert unbearable situation of the team and asks help, HR does nothing. Even if 3 employees from the team of 4 people, are in a sick leave (burn out), HR does NOTHING. The only thing People Partner can say, if you don't like, you are free to leave, your manager will not change. This is how Criteo respects employees rights and helps to solve problems.
