Pros

- Great people that don't bother to lose all the necessary time to help you, if you are stuck; - Great benefits (free coffee, massages, soup, fresh fruit); - Nice working envoirment; - People really care about you, it is not just the image they want to sell like all the other companies; - Your opinion is important, and people listen to what you say, even if the idea is stupid; - Good salary for starting carreer

Cons

- Don't teach people the basics of the MES concepts, when i say basics i mean not just a introduction lesson. To build a good product people need to know way more then programming, thinking about the product can also bring people to share new ideas. - Bad homeBoarding, when i entered the company, i wanted to leave in the first weak. Thaught was just me, but my collegues shared the same opinion.
