      Pros

      Great location and restaurants nearby. Management is rarely in the office and constantly on vacation, so you can do whatever you want. There are no specific working hours, you can show up whenever and leave whenever.

      Cons

      Lacks leadership at all levels. Extremely rude and selfish management. The employees are constantly being put down and blamed for mistakes. There is no HR department, so they get away with mistreating employees. Zero growth at this company and it is a super toxic work environment.
