      - Complete confusion at policy level - Need to be in office till 12 in the night for atleast 10 days and that too without any work -Top Management is just passing the buck - Channels are treated like dirt, all unethical practices followed

      Very systematic company. Salary is good. Market response is good. No reason to leave this company accept something big reason.

      Cons

      We need to add some high speed 400 rpm in economy Range. And some unique decorative fans.
