Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that agree that our service is helpful for SME's. The sales team are provided with an in depth 4 week training programme which most BDM's pass. After this you are supported by your field sales manager. Furthermore, each quarter all BDMs are taken off the road and provided with a full day of training at the quarterly sales conference. The sales team all work to targets and if you achieve those targets you will receive commission and / or bonus, these targets are set fairly and consistently across whole sales team.
