Pros
The company to me stands in the sweet spot between start-up benefits, particularly flexibility/responsiveness - and established processes.
The work atmosphere could not be better. It is friendly, honest, fun and always professional when it comes to getting tasks done. People across the board are highly capable and quick minded, which makes working with members of any of the departments/teams enjoyable.
Nice workplace in a modern office with lots of free foods and drinks, e.g. catered high quality lunch every Friday. To any employee interested, circuit training in the close-by park with an excellent external coach is offered twice a week.
Worth a mention is the annual company summer event, which in 2019 was a three day trip to Dubrovnik, Croatia involving a boat trip, swimming in the Adriatic Sea and top-class accommodation.
The onboarding process was thought through and very efficient. I have strongly been benefitting from the scheduled 1:1 sessions, the attendance of clients' meetings straight from the get-go and the general openness of colleagues.
As I know HR is reading this - I am a big fan of the events organized in parts or even completely by the team (e.g. fondue, picnic with alumni, summer event). My initial phone call and the coordination of consequent interviews was in fact with HR and a very friendly experience. The interviews mentioned consisting of talks with different departments ultimately gave me full confidence to join and I'm glad I did.
Cons
I really don't have anything to add here.
