Extremely high turnover rate in staff due solely to Upper management. Senior level Leadership is capricious, disorganized, lead by crisis management, clinic is dirty likely violating OSHA regulations, overall unprofessional upper management that should step down and allow fresh new hires to repair the damage done by antiquated business practices that do not work. High turn over rate in staff is a sign of a broken senior management staff.
