We are Christian based non profit health center who serves low or no income communities. We are PCMH certified meaning We treat the whole patient, body, mind, and spirit.

Does not pay well in regards to the employee's experience, skills, or effort. A more qualified employee who has been with the organization for a while gets paid the same amount as someone who just started with less qualifications. Not fair.
